Earliest Mini Experience? Driving the "naked ladies" and having people come up to fondle the ladies at stop lights.

How did you become interested in Minis? Always had a soft spot (in my head?) for British cars. Friends had a 1961 Mini with a 1971 drive train and naked ladies all over it. They wanted to sell so we bought it. We've had as least one Mini ever since.

Dumbest Mini Experience? Using "suicide" stud extenders and spacers for a wider rear track and having my wheel fall off and pass me on Whidbey Island.

Most Forgettable Mini Experience: I forget

Most Memorable Mini Experience: Driving to MM 30 in Denver with the freshly rebuilt turbo van, pulling a tent trailer. We left about 36hrs after everyone else and I hadn't slept in about 72 hrs, except catnaps. Slept in the car, and in the trailer in rest stops. We travelled with another straggler couple from Seattle and hardly missed any of the meet. A great event, the second East-West Meet

Why did you join the VMC? Needed to gather knowledge on restoring Adam's Mini

Your Dream Car: Where do I start? possible dreams; Riley Elf, Mini GTM, MINI Cooper S Clubman, XJR. Lottery dreams; XJ220, Miura SV, Espada, Audi R8

Best Mini Event: MMW'98,'01,'03

Most Exhilarating Mini Moment: First time auto crossing at MMW'76 in Seattle

Farthest Distance Driven by Mini: Quebec City 1981 for MME and back in three weeks, camping all the way with our 4yr old daughter.

Other Interests or Hobbies: Family comes first. We are now a three generation mini family. We also own a 1970 Jaguar XJ and belong to the Jaguar club. Motorsport in general, but especially F1
